Pieces of History is a premium real estate brand owned by Central Pharma Group, aimed at showcasing unique property investments in Portugal. I led the entire digital project lifecycle, delivering a refined and high-performing website tailored to their luxury market.
- Client Outreach & Proposal: Personally approached Central Pharma Group, presented a strategic offer, and successfully secured the project through professional negotiation.
- Creative & Technical Leadership: Directed the photography and web design teams to ensure a clean, high-conversion layout with brand-aligned visuals.
- Full-Service Delivery: Oversaw everything from initial planning to the final deployment, including UX design, frontend development, and content structuring.
- Technical Infrastructure: Set up and managed hosting, domain configuration, and email systems. Additionally, I onboarded and hosted two upcoming sister projects — Kings Village and i2lInvest — preparing the digital infrastructure for future launches.
